Brand new to long Island is the Pollyanna Spring blouse. Soft traditional shirt collar with a button up front, with softly elasticated cuffs (sleeves aren't super full so will sit well under an outer layer). Nice detail with splits at the sides. Available in an assortment of polyester semi opaque and solid fabrics.
